What is leveling? From the basic components to the philosophy of leveling and compensation we’ll review the overarching intentions that govern this practice before diving in. We’ll discuss how to prepare your organization for this change as well as how to sell this internally from a POPS POV.

SESSION 2

Leveling Strategies

We’ll discuss the details and data sets that are important to consider when planning for your organization’s stratification. We’ll review important frameworks to consider and discuss the pros and cons of the various approaches to leveling based on your size

and goals.

SESSION 3

Leveling Structure

Are you building an all-new program or retrofitting based on an existing effort? How many levels is enough? Do you already have levels naturally? Is this structure going to scale with your company? All these questions and more, plus homework, for the 3rd session with Gabriela!

SESSION 4

Leveling Pitfalls & Challenges
