At the end of this series you will be able to:

Understand the high-level employment conditions in Canada and Europe and how it differs to the US.

Recognize the importance of understanding changing social security conditions and legislation.

Highlight legislative employee benefits trends across Canada and European countries.

Appreciate the need for global infrastructure and how it interlinks with the placement of employee benefits in local markets.

Understand the differences between running HQ’s domestic employee benefits versus running local benefits in another country.

Recognize and understand the components of how employee benefits can affect an M&A transaction both pre and post-close.

Course Registration

This is a closed course for active POPS members only. A completion badge and certificate will be provided at the end of the course. You must attend all 4 sessions in full to receive this accreditation.
Heads up! If you cannot make the live sessions, a recording will be made available for special circumstances. Please reach out to in advance and we can accommodate you. Completion of all sessions and course workbooks will still be required to qualify for the certification. Members are eligible to take/start this course after the first class has begun.
